You may not have to face it alone. AristoPup Cares helps eligible seniors and vulnerable pet owners access subsidized mobile pet services so they can keep the pets they love.

Who May Be Eligible

Our assistance is designed for people whose circumstances make it difficult to maintain needed companion-animal care. Eligibility and priority are reviewed individually based on program guidelines and available resources.

• Seniors and older adults who need help maintaining care for a companion animal
• Pet owners experiencing financial hardship or other significant barriers to care
• Vulnerable or disadvantaged pet owners at risk of losing access to needed pet services
• Residents within the program’s current service area

Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance. Support depends on eligibility, program priorities, available funding, and service capacity.

How the Assistance Process Works

1. Submit a request. Tell us about you, your pet, and the circumstances creating the need.
2. Eligibility and priority review. Our team reviews the request using our program guidelines and priority framework.
3. Assistance decision. If approved, we identify the level of support that can be provided based on available resources.
4. Service coordination. We coordinate the approved service with the pet owner and participating service provider.
5. Follow-up and impact tracking. We document the assistance provided and its impact on the pet and pet owner.

When you request assistance, be prepared to provide basic contact information, information about your pet, and a short explanation of the circumstances creating the need. We may also request information needed to determine eligibility and priority.
